BLUEBERRY LAKE
This LAKE HOUSE was limited to using the original footprint location and 200 additional square feet. I lives big on a small footprint and maximizes its perch atop the peninsula it sits on with panoramic views.
RICE LAKE RESIDENCE
The RL lakehouse, was a collaboration project that included a slab on grade due to the high water table, and adds a modern feel to a traditional style.
The Barge
This Weyerhauser lakehouse, was a facelift project with expansion. The original home was a slab on grade production style home and was transformed into a modern oasis including a courtyard screened in lounge.
SANDVIG CONSTRUCTION
Converted a previous car wash into a contractors offices and shop. Includes truck storage, storage, and offices for client meetings as well as current construction use displays of products.
AXEHANDLE LAKEHOUSE
Project consisted of a lodge style lakehome with walkout basement, timber construction, 6 bedrooms, bunk room, locker room, fitness room and two full kitchens.
